Bank Chambers, Bexhill-on-Sea Sussex

Area Developments purchased this striking 1890 landmark office building in late 2015. The property is situated in the heart of Bexhill, next to the town hall.

It was purpose built by London and Counties Bank as their Sussex headquarters and was in need of extensive refurbishment. The offices were jointly let to Rother Voluntary Action (RVA) and the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB). Area Developments formed a good working relationship with both tenants and arranged for new fully refurbished offices for the RVA, and converted the first and second floor into four high quality apartments that were completed at the end of 2016.
